Sugar is a class of edible crystalline substances, mainly sucrose, lactose, and fructose. Human taste buds interpret its flavor as sweet. Suagar as a basic food carbohydrate primarily comes from sugar cane and from sugar beet, but also appears in fruit, honeyt, sorghum, sugar maple (in maple syrup), and in many other sources.
Almost all of commercially manufactured sugar is white granulated sugar, which is refined in factories. The sugar is then classified as extra coarse, coarse, standard, fine, or extra fine granulated.

Other types of sugar, such as brown sugar, are produced with a slightt variance from that of white sugar. Brown sugar is made by retaining much of the molasses during processing.
Categoreis are based on crystal size: small, medium and large.
We provide sugar of following grades: S-.31, M-30 and S-30 out of which maximum trading is of 30 colours sugar. Sugar grading is done for colour and grain size. Sugar produced is regularly matched with N.S.I. standards.
