We use advanced industrial plants by internationally acclaimed Buhler, which has further contributed to our belief that quality begins on the inside and works its way outside.
This state-of-the-art processing plant has mechanized rice processing, procedures used for different stages like de-moisturizing; temperature-controlled drying, cleaning, de-husking, de-stoning, polishing, sorting and grading. At every stage, we conform to international standards and the guidelines of process control are meticulously adhered to, so as to ensure uniformity of grains without destroying fragrance, aroma and quality of grain.
The plant is equipped with sophisticated and contemporary Pre-cleaners, De-stoners, Precision-Sizers, Graders, Paddy Separators, De-huskers for milling the rice grains. Avant-garde equipment like Lab Kett Meters, Lab De-huskers, Electronic Vernier Calipers, Precision Electronic Weighing Scales, Paddy Separator, Lab-polishers help achieve top quality of paddy before it is put on the processing line.

Procedure
Rice ageing is a complex process, which involves changes in physical and chemical properties of the rice grain. Our experts work meticulously to age the basmati to give you the best quality and delicious grains that are fluffy, non-sticky and clean.
We ensure that every process is carried out under the supervision of our competent and qualified manpower to achieve the perfect grain.

Most of the impurities, irrespective of their sizes and nature are completely removed in different stages of the passage of paddy through fork-like vibrating sieve, scalper suction fan and vibrating sieve incorporated in these machines.
